Our assessment process typically involves the following steps:

  • Conducting online and/or written psychometric testing.
  • Conducting inbox or work simulation exercises.
  • Compiling an integrated feedback report as well as candidate/delegate feedback reports if required.
  • Offering post-testing feedback and support.
