Corporate Collaboration

Collaborations

Many private organisations have, where possible, moved their training and assessment to modern e-learning platforms, and in this regard, I am currently an associate of the Sydsen Business Development and Recruitment Group (https://www.sydsen.com/) where I (as an associate) assist to develop training material and to migrate training material (and assessment practices) to virtual online training platforms available to Dealerships in the motor industry.

Based on my knowledge and experience I was approached by the AIH Group (https://autoih.co.za/) to provide, inter alia, Leadership Development Training and Team Coaching to Senior Management (L6) at Ford Motor Company SA at its manufacturing plant in Silverton, Pretoria on effective communication (transactional analysis) and empathy, to ensure a smooth alliance with Volkswagen SA, related to two different cultures and effective cooperation in a high demand work environment to ensure productivity of two organisations with different corporate cultures, being interdependent for success of both in a multi-billion rand alliance project. I developed and presented the material in a hybrid model, where some management were present in person, class room setting, but also included participants from the United Kingdom (UK), Australia and the United States of America (USA).

More recently, I have been approached by the AIH Group (https://autoih.co.za/) to contribute towards a Hydrogen Knowledge Economy Scale up Training and Skills Development Project for the Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) and Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) who investigated the ‘Hydrogen Knowledge Economy’ in terms of the Hydrogen Valley Report.
